Prince William has once again dashed estranged brother Prince Harry's hopes for reconciliation.

Just a day after Harry made headlines with his emotional confession about healing the longstanding rift with the Royal Family members, a Kensington Palace source has revealed where William stands.

Reflecting on his broken relationship with senior Royals in his latest interview with GQ magazine, Harry - who left the UK in 2020 with wife Meghan Markle after stepping down from their Royal duties, admitted that meding ties with his family is "the most important thing."

In response to a question whether he grieves the complicated relationship William and King Charles, Harry confessed, "Yes, of course."

He went on to share, "Some people don't want it to work out. I want it to work out."

"Of course I do. With everything else that's going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile - that's the key point," added the duke.

When asked if he wants to end the feud with the heir to the throne and the monarch, Harry confirmed, "Of course. Scars stick around forever."

"But what your perception is, and what your mindset is to those things that have happened, certainly letting go of the past, that's something that I would encourage everybody to do," he added.

However, a source close to The Prince of Wales has exclusively confirmed to Mirror that William has "no intentions" to enagge with Harry.

"There isn't a world right now where the Prince of Wales can imagine repairing the relationship with his brother. He remains deeply hurt over the many things the Duke of Sussex has said publicly about him and other family members," said the insider.

They explained, "Look at what the family is doing just this week: a significantly important State Visit, commemorating the tragedy that occurred in Aberfan 60 years ago, and preparations being made for major royal tours in the immediate future. He has no intention of engaging with Harry."

"This is what matters to the Prince and Princess of Wales, and the King and Queen - and that certainly doesn't include responding to the Duke of Sussex every time he pops up doing yet another interview," added the source.
