The certified nursing assistant, Ashley - who is recovering at the Rhode Island hospital was driving on I-95 South in Rhode Island when she saw a group of teenagers whose vehicle was hydroplaned on a rainy day.
As Ashley came closer to speak to the group, another hydroplaned vehicle came barreling towards them leaving no choice for Ashley but to immediately push the teen - whose name she later discovered, was Vinny, closest to her and herself get struck by the fast-moving car.

Blake - who settled her sexual harrasment lawsuit against Justin in May, had appealed for a whopping $800milllion in legal cost.
However, earlier this week, the court roling out the verdict confirmed that the It Ends with Us actress will be awarded $400k, which makes only 5% of her demand.
