Kareena Kapoor Khan has revived the Talaash era, as her new film, Daayra, is set for release.
The Buckingham Murders starlet took to her Instagram account on Monday, August 31st, to unveil the first look of her upcoming movie, alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran.
Kareena and her co-star are seen facing off in the forthcoming film, directed by Meghna Gulzar, who is known for her superhit films like Raazi, Filhal, Chhapaak and others.
In the viral trailer, the two actors are chasing the culprit, who has allegedly kidnapped and murdered a girl.

For those unaware, the director of Daayra, Meghna Gulzar, is known for highlighting rising societal issues, raising awareness through the medium of craft.

In this film, the Indian director also focuses on juvenile protection and how this issue is increasing the rate of crime, as the protection has been misused by the accusers and culprits.
Well, Daayra is set for the September 12th release in the theatres.
