Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's rep has issued a much-needed clarfication regarding their attendance at the upcoming Princess Diana Awards 2026.
Just a day after Daily Mail exclusively reported that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who arrived in the UK only last week are "scheduled to attend" the prestigious event hosted every year in honour of Harry and William late mother.
However, a spokesperson on behalf of the Sussexes has debunked the news of Harry and Meghan's attendance, noting, "Despite the Daily Mail’s reporting to the contrary, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are not scheduled to attend a Diana Award event at Raffles Hotel, OWO London, on September 18.”
Seemingly blasting the new outlet, they added, “Facts matter. Accuracy matters. Apparently, neither made the guest list for this particular story.”
