Apple is gearing up for its highly anticipated launch event, slated on September 9, with as many as eight new products expected to go on sale in the same month.
The Cupertino-based tech giant has already announced its latest Mac mini and Mac Studio, with both machines slated to kick off on September 22.
The Mac mini, powered by M6 and M5 Pro chips, begins at $899, while the Mac Studio with M5 Max and M5 Ultra chips available for $2,499.
What to expect from Apple's launch event?
The biggest announcements are likely at the company’s annual fall event on September 9, which carries the tagline “Surprise and shine.”
iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max
The event is likely to launch the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, with rumored upgrades including a smaller Dynamic Island, the A20 Pro chip, improved cameras and a larger battery for the Pro Max.
iPhone Ultra
Furthermore, Apple is likely to launch its first foldable iPhone, possibly called the iPhone Ultra. The device is likely to feature a 5.5-inch outer display and a 7.8-inch inner screen, along with a thin design and reduced display crease.
Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and more
The company will also launch the Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5 during the event.
Meanwhile, Apple is reportedly delaying the standard iPhone 18, iPhone 18e and iPhone Air 2 until spring 2027, while no new Apple Watch SE is expected in 2026.
Although earlier reports suggested the foldable iPhone could arrive in October, as per Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
One Mac Studio configuration with 512GB of unified memory will arrive later, in October, while other configurations are scheduled for September 22.
