Miley Cyrus is turning up the heat with a new enthusiastic song, Bass Persuades.
On Friday, September 4th, the Flowers crooner – who is gearing up to release her 10th studio album has turned to her Instagram account to share the first look from her upcoming music collection.
The music collection has been directed by Mert Alas, who shot to fame around 2003 when his collaborative photography duo with Marcus Piggott, known as Mert and Marcus, captured widespread international attention.
Notably, Bass Persuades also marked the first track from her forthcoming album with the same title, set for release on September 18th, 2026, through Atlantic Records.
As the new single was released and gained momentum, fans flocked to social media with their exciting comments about the release.

Bass Persuades marks Miley's debut album after her recent move over label singing
Miley – who has earned the 2,845th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on May 22, 2026, at 7011 Hollywood Boulevard has taken a bold step as she dropped her last name to mark a bold new rebrand ahead of her tenth studio album, Bass Persuades.
The record marks her debut project with Atlantic Records following her recent label signing, blending retro-inspired synths and heavy basslines.
In addition to her new album release, Miley will support the album with two headline shows at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 16th and 18th, 2026.
The tenth music album will be released after she released her ninth studio album, Something Beautiful, on May 30th last year, through Columbia Records.
