Noel Clarke faces six sexual offences involving five women: What to know

British actor Noel Clarke has been hit with a string of sexual charges, linked to five different women.

According to the Metropolitan Police, the alleged sexual misconduct took place between 2007 and 2016.

What charges is Noel Clarke facing?

The Doctor Who actor has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism, and one count of exposure.

He is set to appear at Westminister Magistrates' Court on October 21.

The charges were brought after a Metropolitan Police investigation that kicked off in September 2025.

Bethan David, Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor for CPS London said, "The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to prosecute Noel Clarke with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of voyeurism and one count of exposure."

In her statement, she revealed that the charges came following allegations made by five women, who allegedly had disturbing encounters with Clarke between 2007 and 2016.

"Our prosecutors have worked to establish that there is sufficient evidence to bring this case to court and that it is in the public interest to do so," it added.

"The Crown Prosecution Service reminds everyone that proceedings are now active, and the defendant has the right to a fair trial. It is vital that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice these proceedings."
