Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, KJ Biermann, has been granted a $200,000 bond after being indicted on seven felony charges, including sexual assault, in connection with allegations stemming from an April incident.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Melynee Leftridge set a $200,000 bond for KJ Biermann, the 15-year-old son of former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and retired NFL player Kroy Biermann.
As part of his release conditions, Kroy Jr. is required to live with his mother, wear a GPS monitor and continue school online.
The court also prohibited him from communicating with the alleged victim, her family or associates, or any person under the age of 16.
Kroy Jr.’s bond comes after the 15-year-old appeared in Fulton County Superior Court on Friday, September 11, for a hearing related to the seven felony charges stemming from an alleged April 23 incident.
During Friday’s hearing, Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy reportedly told the court that multiple videos were found on KJ’s cellphone, allegedly involving a family member younger than 12.
“This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy said in court, per the outlet.
It is reported that the DA revealed in court that KJ has been under supervision since October 2025 after the alleged incident with his family member.
The outlet noted that KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffield called the situation “so traumatizing” for the “quiet” teen.
Prosecutor Caitlin McGillicuddy countered that the alleged victim suffered “documented physical injury” and described the incident as “predatory.”
KJ’s attorney requested a $65,000 bond with home monitoring by Zolciak, while McGillicuddy pushed for $190,000 if bond was granted.
