Tom Hardy and Pierce Brosnan's equation has finally been revealed.
The 73-year -old Irish actor shared his working experience with his MobLand costar and called their working relationship "all happy families."
While attending the season two premiere on Paramount+ on Friday, September 18th, Pierce spoke about the rumoured clash with Tom on the sets of the series, saying, "Oh my God, it was a storm in a teacup, really."
He additionally showered praise on his co-star, "I love the dude. I love Tom Hardy. I’m a massive fan of the man’s work. Truly. We are rock solid as a company, as a family. Everyone shows up for work, and everybody’s just there on the spot. It moves very fast, so it’s not like we go out and socialise and go to the pub or anything like that."
However, Tom, who was also in attendance at the event, remarked that it was a "privilege" to work with Brosnan and Helen Mirren.
"In many aspects, of course, I look up to them. Coming up, these are actors that came before me," he told PA.
What is Tom Hardy and Pierce Brosnan rumored feud?
For those unaware, Pierce Brosnan and Tom Hardy were rumoured to have an on-set feud during the filming of season two of the Paramount+ crime drama MobLand, directed by Guy Ritchie.
Reports alleged that Tom Hardy kept co-stars Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren waiting in their trailers for hours, showed chronic lateness, gave unsolicited script notes, and changed dialogue without permission.
Tom Hardy is also rumoured to be involved in a clash with co-creator and showrunner Jez Butterworth, leading to speculation that he might not return for a third season.
The actors are set to be reunited in Season 3, which was confirmed by Paramount earlier this month after a meeting in London between Hardy, Butterworth and series executive producer David C. Glasser, where they hashed things out.
However, the second instalment of MobLand is set to premiere globally on September 18th, 2026.
