Heidi Klum has teased what fans can expect from her highly anticipated 2026 Halloween costume while revealing how she restores her skin after the festivities in an exclusive interview.
While conversing with PEOPLE, the America's Got Talent host shared that she is working hard for this year’s Halloween costume.
“It goes very well with red wine,” Klum said, before adding, “It’s very, very bloody.”
“A great glass of wine is always fun… and most of the time you think of something gory when you have a blood transfusion bag,” Klum added.
She mentioned, “That’s what Halloween is all about. We go gory, and we go there.”
Elsewhere in her interview she also shared how she removed prosthetics used for Halloween look.
“Everything needs to be removed; otherwise, the prosthetics don’t stay,” she shared.
Klum noted, “Getting all of the prosthetics off, too. It’s basically like nail polish remover on the face… I’ve had chunks ripped off my chest before because they went too fast.”
“Afterwards, I use the midnight cream from L’Oréal Paris,” Klum explained, before adding, “It’s the richest cream, and it’s more for aging skin.”
During the interview, she also opened up about the struggles behind her jaw-dropping looks as she admitted she stops drinking two or three hours before getting into costumes that are difficult to remove.
“Last year when I was Medusa, I wanted to go back to the party. I couldn’t be in it any longer with all those snakes on my head. I was like, ‘Take it off!’” she said.

To note, in 2025, Klum transformed into Medusa after more than nine hours in makeup, sporting a snake headpiece, fangs, green scales and an eight-foot tail.
Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, complemented the look as a Greek soldier turned to stone.
