Cardi B is under fire over her performance at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival, and BTS made fans go wild.
On Friday, September 18th, the Am I the Drama hitmaker headlined the two-day music gala, which seemingly sparked mixed reactions from fans.
During her steamy performance, Cardi B delivered an iconic performance on her superhit rendition of Taki Taki, which she released on September 28th, 2018.

The Please Me crooner hit the stage in a stunning red and zebra-print bodysuit with matching thigh-high boots.
As the video of the singer garnered attention on social media, fans mocked her over her bizarre dressing, with one saying, "This is horrible."
"Ouch, did a bee sting her a**?" another bashed.
Meanwhile, a third wrote, "Just because you can doesn’t necessarily mean that you should."
BTS' earns fans' praise
On the other side, BTS lit up the stage during the first night of the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival Presented by Capital One.
RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook brought the house down at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Friday, September 18, in a fiery set to end the first night of the festival.
This performance marked their first after the South Korean band announced that they would withhold music submissions from the 2027 Grammy Awards to boycott the Recording Academy's newly introduced Best Asian Pop Music Performance category.
At the time, all seven members of BTS posted identical statements on their individual social media accounts.
On July 29th, they additionally revealed that they will not submit any music from their comeback album Arirang or other tracks for consideration.
However, BTS’s new iHeartRadio performance was praised by the fans, as one said, "They never disappoint, but why so short???? and I don't think this stage was big enough for their energy and aura."
"If singing the original mic drop was a deliberate choice, then damn, they made a point," another noted.
The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival also includes artists such as Benson Boone, Ciara, Goo Goo Dolls, Kenny Chesney, Lainey Wilson, LE SSERAFIM, Major Lazer, Muse, Snoop Dogg, The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer and Zara Larsson.
