On Tuesday, September 22, Kate turned heads in a magenta ankle-length maxi as she walked hand-in-hand with the Mission: Impossible hitmaker on the red carpet of his film’s screening in London, with husband Prince William by her side.
The swoon-worthy visuals from the event garnered immense praises globally with Royal fans gushing over Kate’s elegance and charismatic presence.
However, The Duchess of Sussex – who recently moved back to the UK with Prince Harry and kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet went through a stream of emotions after seeing Kate rubbing shoulder with King of Hollywood, per the sources.
“Meghan’s trying hard to not think about her fading Hollywood career so seeing Kate and Wills schmooze with the King of Hollywood – the greatest movie star of all time – isn’t easy,” a source told New Idea magazine.
The insider went on to share, “She can’t even get a bit part in a Guy Ritchie TV show.”
“She might pretend she’s morphed into a happy domestic goddess but the truth is she absolutely loves acting; has done since she was a little girl dreaming of giving Oscar speeches one day. That will never change and she misses it,” added the source.
They further claimed that “It’s breaking her heart having to close this door on Hollywood, and she’s hoping it’s only temporary, but she would give anything to be on that red carpet with Tom Cruise guiding her up the stairs as he did for her sister-in-law, who has zero interest in acting.”
