Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer are officially divorced, ten years after the initial split.
As reported by Page Six, the former couple's marital status was officially terminated on September 21, with both restored to the status of single persons.

"Judgement of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated, and the parties are restored to the status of single persons," the court documents read.
However, both Tobey and Jennifer are divided on their marital status, meaning they still have some issues with their divorce that need to work out.
The court documents do not specify which issues remain unresolved but state that all matters other than the dissolution of their marital status will be determined separately.

The Spider-Man alum and the jewellery designer separated in 2016 after nine years of marriage.
Jennifer filed for divorce in October 2020, four years after the pair announced their separation.
The former couple share daughter, Ruby Sweetheart Maguire 19, and son Otis Tobias Maguire, 17.
Jennifer Meyer finds love again
Following separation from Tobey, the pair share close and supportive bond and are often seen together.
Jennifer is currently romantically involved with music executive Geoffrey Ogunlesi, whom she got engaged to in August 2024.
The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, earlier this year.
