The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have officially returned to their public facing duties with first joint visit to Nottingham last week, since moving back to the UK in August.
Although, the tour was completely non-Royal as Harry and Meghan have already stepped down from their duties as working royals in 2020, their visit gained global attention, giving couple the boost, they needed to pace up their activities in Britain.
Now as the Sussexes’ are believed to be preparing for upcoming faux-Royal engagements, inside sources have lifted the curtain on their new challenge to the Royal Family to make them look “vindictive”.
"Harry and Meghan would love the King to strip their titles," an insider told Rob Shuter.
"They’d become martyrs overnight. They could tell the world the palace was bullying them again. It’s the fight they want!" claimed the source.
According to the insider, Harry and Meghan are convinced that they don't need The Firm's support to keep their Royal status alive.
"Harry was born a prince. Taking away a dukedom doesn’t erase Harry’s birthright," said the source.
"Harry believes the palace could make the same mistake with him and Meghan, handing them a fresh grievance and making themselves look vindictive," explained the tipster.
The source further highlighted that "Charles may think stripping the titles would hurt them. They could turn it into the ultimate publicity gift."
"You can take away a title, but you can’t take away the story they’d tell about it," they added.
