Dulquer Salmaan is reportedly in talks to play the hero in Jason Sanjay’s directorial debut.
A source close to ABP Tamil has stated that either Dhruv Vikram or the much-loved car freak will be finalized for this part.
As for other roles, filmmaker S. Shankar’s daughter, Aditi Shankar, is being considered as the movie’s female lead, whereas A. R. Rahman’s son, A. R. Ameen, will come on board for all music compositions.
It is however to be noted that nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
In August 2023, Lyca Productions announced that it will be serving as the financer for Jason’s film; the script for which was already developed by that time.
Since the studio mentioned that the plot is quite interesting, fans have been building much hype around it, including speculating whether Vijay Sethupathi will make an appearance.
Jason is Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay’s son, who made a big screen debut as a child actor back in 2009 with the song Naan Adicha from Vettaikkaran.
Now grown up, he has clearly stated to take up directing than acting, and even studied Film Production at Toronto Film School for this matter.
