
Princess Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has reacted to her first major royal announcement after welcoming baby girl.
In her public statement since giving birth, the daughter of Sarah Ferguson confirmed on Friday that she was taking on a new patronage.
Princess Beatric has been made patron of Borne, a charity dedicated to funding research into the causes of premature birth.
The news was announced by charity on its social media account and Princess Beatrice’s husband was quick to react to it.
"Borne is honoured to announce Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice as our newest patron,” the charity wrote in the caption.
It further added, "This appointment, unveiled at last night’s Wonderland fundraising gala at the V&A, underscores the Princess’s personal commitment to ending premature birth globally.
Soon after Borne's social media announcement, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi rushed to comment section to show his support for his wife's new role by commenting with three clapping emojis.
Princess Beatrice’s delightful new role comes just two months after she gave birth to a premature daughter named Athena Elizabeth Rose with husband Edoardo.
