Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, April 1, A24 Films dropped a thrilling post, releasing a brand new trailer for Hathaway's upcoming psychological thriller drama film, Mother Mary.
A24 is an American independent film distribution company, locked in to distribute the actress's forthcoming movie.
"A reckoning is coming. MOTHER MARY is in theaters April 17th. The new single 'My Mouth is Lonely for You' is out now. Performed by Anne Hathaway and written by FKA twigs," read the caption.
The newly released second trailer features the American actress channeling eerie showgirl energy in a dramatic stage performance after she gets a jaw-dropping makeover from Sam Anselm (played by Michaela Coel) for her major comeback.
In the clip, a new single from the movie, My Mouth is Lonely For You, was also included, which is performed by Anne Hathaway, taking anticipation for the movie to a whole new level.
