Victoria Beckham and David Beckham are set to plan a surprise move which may tease their estranged son, Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, amid a family rift.
The retired English footballer and his life partner – who has been legally battling for their Cotswolds home- have now claimed victory.
On Sunday, August 23rd, the West Oxfordshire District Council granted permission to install decorative lighting at their UK residence, which was previously objected to by their long-time critic James Worthington, who lives in Australia.
In his lawsuit, he argued against David and Victoria, saying, "If the applicants want to live in suburbia, then why come to an area like Great Tew?"
He additionally alleged that the couple are determined to turn the countryside into "Miami or Florida" and said their plans were out of place in a rural setting.
Despite James’ allegation, by this victory David and Victoria are now permitted to install lights around their lakeside property in Great Tew, near Chipping Norton, at their £6.15 million estate.
This move will also reflect their intention to bring Miami and Florida vibes to the United Kingdom, which may attract the attention of their estranged son, Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, who moved back to the United States of America in April 2022.

For those unaware, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham have been estranged from their eldest son and his partner since last year, when he publicly snubbed his parents by skipping their birthdays.
Later, Brooklyn accused his mother of ruining his relationship with Nicola in a scathing statement on his Instagram account, released this year.
This update came particularly after the former photographer altered his tattoos dedicated to his parents, as he covered up his "Mama's Boy" inking with flowers.
So far, neither the former "mama's boy" nor his wife has responded to their new victory.
