King Charles III and Queen Camilla have dropped first exciting update just hours after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle touched down in the UK.
On Wednesday, August 26, the official Instagram account of the Royal Family announced Queen Camilla and King Charles' first Autumn Tour to The Bahamas in October.
The dates of the tour were revealed in the caption which read, "The King and Queen will undertake an Autumn Tour from Tuesday, 27th October to Wednesday, 4th November 2026."
"This will include Their Majesties’ attendance at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2026," it added.
As per the official post, the purpose of the visit is to “celebrate communities, cultures and Nature within the Commonwealth family.”
The Palace further announced that “At the invitation of the President of Guyana and at the request of the UK Government, His Majesty will then undertake a State Visit to Guyana, celebrating 60 years of bilateral relations between the UK and Guyana.”
King Charles overseas tour announcement received overwhelming response from Royal fans - who expressed their excitement in the comment section.
Prior to this announcement, various UK outlet reported that The Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who announced their UK return plan earlier this month, have been arrived in Britain, six years after their exit.
As per Telegraph's report, Harry and Meghan will stay in the UK for an "extended period", with their kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet starting their schooling in London from the next month.
It has also been confirmed that the couple will live outside the London at a private estate and so far there are no reports of becoming working royals.
