Harry Styles bid a heartfelt farewell to his inspiration Dolly Parton.
The former One Direction star performed his first of the 30 Madison Square Garden shows on Wednesday, August 26, as part of his ongoing third concert tour Together, Together.
Styles turned his MSG concert into a tribute for Dolly Parton as he honored the late country music icon following her tragic death.
He began the emotional tribute by saying, “I wanna say a proper ‘Thank you’ to all the musicians over the years that’ve inspired me. Dolly, we love you, thank you so much,” making the arena filled with the audience’s cheers.
The Watermelon Sugar hitmaker then played Parton’s 1974 hit song, I Will Always Love You, on the MSG speakers, honoring the legendary singer’s iconic legacy.

On Instagram, emotional fans reacted to Harry Styles’ heart-touching tribute to the Jolene singer.
