Sarah Ferguson’s UK return in the coming days has been confirmed just days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s arrival.

As reported by The Sun, the former Duchess of York – who was last seen in public in April at a mountain hideaway in the Austrian Alps, is confirmed to be coming back to London in a few days.

The outlet also confirmed that the disgraced mother of Princess Beatrice and Eugenie will be renting a six-bedroom property in the Home Counties surrounding London, for around $8,000 per month.

Why Sarah Ferguson has been in hiding since December 2025?

The ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of her Royal titles alongside the former Duke of York in October last year, after their explosive ties with the late paedophile and sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein were exposed.

Following her fall from the grace, Andrew and Sarah both were ordered to evict Royal lodge, where the former couple has been living for almost two decades despite their divorce in 1996.

Amid the Epstein controversy, Sarah also lost patronage of six major UK charities including The Teenage Cancer Trust, Julia's House (children's hospice), Prevent Breast Cancer, The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, The Children's Literacy Charity, British Heart Foundation and National Foundation for Retired Service Animals.

As the public and media scrutiny surrounding her and Epstein's association hightened, Sarah sought refuge in Austia while choosing to stay completely off the public eye.

What to know about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's UK return

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan have touched down in the UK earlier this week, just days after The Telegraph first reported about their UK return plan for an "extended" period.

As per the reports, the couple - who made a surprise UK return six years after their exit in 2020, will be living at a private property outside London and their kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will kick off schooling from the next month.
