Emraan Hashmi is basking in the massive box office success of Awarapan 2.
The 47-year-old Indian film star took to Instagram on Tuesday, September 1, to express his feelings as his new film, Awarapan 2, continues to make waves at the box office.
“Awarapan 2 – My Best Film Yet,” the actor penned as he gushed over the movie.
In the post, Hashmi posted an image featuring a heartwarming letter in which he reflected on the massive success his new project has earned.
“There are films you work on, and then there are films you are genuinely proud to be a part of. Awarapan 2 belongs to the latter,” he began.
The Hamari Adhuri Kahani star continued, “It has become a rarest-of-rare phenomenon an unprecedented feat. A film that didn't find its audience two decades ago returning with a sequel, determined to rewrite history at the box office.”
“An emotionally charged action musical, mounted on a stunning visual scale and powered by incredibly diverse, timeless music, this is a film I truly believe is best experienced with an audience, in cinemas. The Murder actor also urged his fans to go and experience the movie in theaters before it’s too late.
