Sandra Bullock has offered a rare glimpse into her dating life, three years after the death of her longtime partner Bryan Randall.

While conversing on Kylie Kelce's Not Gonna Lie podcast this week, The Practical Magic 2 star said her 12-year-old daughter Laila encourages her to date.

Bullock, who is also mom to 16-year-old son Louis, shared, “She said I needed to date, but only someone where they could get stuff. So I said, ‘What, a rapper, a basketball player? That’s the parameters?’ She's like, ‘Yeah.’ I went, ‘Oh.’”

She said her kids “don’t care” about what she does professionally, as long as she comes back with something for them.

Bullock joked: “My job is craft service. That’s what my job was [when they were little]. A place that had extensive craft service.”

In August, Bullock opened up about the final years of Bryan Randall’s life during an appearance on the SmartLess podcast, hosted by Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett.

She was visibly emotional as she spoke about Randall’s decision not to disclose his diagnosis publicly.

The Oscar winner said, “He asked me not to share. I know why he asked me not to,” adding, “My sister was the only one who knew for a while.”

She said protecting Randall’s privacy left her feeling “isolated” while raising her children during the pandemic.

Bullock mentioned, “As the pandemic came down, and I have a child with severe asthma, I was panicking. I had two young kids that were navigating it, especially a little girl who saw him as a father figure,' she recalled. 'I wasn't allowed to tell anybody.... It's a huge weight.”

The Speed star said she eventually confided in close friend Jennifer Aniston and Bateman's wife Amanda Anka about Randall's condition.

To note, Bullock and Randall met in 2015 when the model-turned-photographer took photos at her son Louis’ fifth birthday party.

They soon began dating and made their red-carpet debut later that year.

Randall was diagnosed with ALS in 2020, three years before his death.
