Prince Harry has appeared in London for the first time since he and Meghan Markle returned to the UK for an extended stay.
The Duke of Sussex was spotted at Tower Bridge Studios in central London on Friday, where he signed the studio’s wall and captured a few photos.
The venue is highly popular to host multiple high-profile podcasts and television productions, including Steven Bartlett’s The Diary of a CEO. It remains unclear why Harry visited the studios.
The pictures appeared after King Charles makes Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s royal status clear in key letters, issuing new guidance that clarifies Meghan and Harry’s position within the monarchy.
As per the guidance, issued under the King’s instructions by Lord Chamberlain Lord Benyon, Harry and Meghan will not return as working royals or carry out official engagements in the UK, according to a letter sent on behalf of King Charles.
It is pertinent to mention the couple stepped down from official royal duties in January 2020 and no longer undertake representative duties on behalf of the Sovereign.
The guidance also states that Harry and Meghan do not use their HRH styles, while security matters concerning them should be handled by the relevant police authorities.
For those unaware, Harry and his family marked a return to the UK on August 26, with the Duke likely to attend his annual WellChild engagements later this month.
A report suggested Meghan has also been considering renewed work with UK-based charities.
