Ed Sheeran is reeling with the fiasco surrounding his Loop Tour after Macklemore controversy.
Although, the Shape of You singer is all set to return to the stage this Saturday, September 19, the whole Macklemore drama has reportedly has him thinking if continuing this controvercial tour "is even worth" anymore?
Just days after the organiser and owner of the Gillete Stadium announced $2million of the tour earning for a humanitarian aid for Palestanians, inside sources close to Ed have revealed his real feelings.
An insider told Rob Shuter that “Ed is livid because this has become the exact opposite of what he wanted.”
They continued, “He wants to walk onstage, play his songs and entertain people. Suddenly his tour is becoming a referendum on politics.”
Sources are also claiming that cancellation of the remaining shows is now being discussed as Macklemore controversy intensifies.
“Everything is imploding around him, and Ed is asking whether continuing is even worth it,” added another insider.
“He would rather pull the plug than spend every night watching his music become secondary to a political fight he never asked to join” they noted.
