Taylor Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn and comedian Mary Beth Barone sparked dating speculation after they were spotted together during a night out in New York City.

The Favourite star and the model were spotted together around New York City on Thursday night, with photos obtained by Page Six showing the pair strolling across the Williamsburg Bridge before visiting local bars.

Alwyn dressed casually in a black T-shirt and relaxed-fit jeans, while Barone turned heads in a black minidress paired with bright blue boots and a denim jacket in hand.

He was photographed with a baseball cap during the outing, with Barone, also 35, seen trying it on in one snapshot at a NYC establishment.

Joe Alwyn relationship with Sarah Pidgeon

Alwyn’s most recent romance speculation involved Love Story actress Sarah Pidgeon, following his six-year relationship with Taylor Swift from 2017 to 2023.

In exclusive photos, the two shared a steamy kiss and a hug on a date night in Brooklyn in mid-June.

Days before Swift married Travis Kelce on July 3, Alwyn and Pidgeon were spotted enjoying a PDA-filled picnic in a London park.

 Mary Beth Barone dating preferences

Barone recently opened up about her dating preferences in an interview with Cosmopolitan.

“What’s crazy is I actually don’t even have a type,” she dished, before adding,“Actually, no, I do — guys who aren’t nice to me. That’s my [boy] type. My girl type is girls that look like me.”

Barone was linked to Lucas Bravo in March after the pair attended a New York Knicks game together.

Adding to the dating speculation, her co-star and podcast co-host Benito Skinner reacted to the post with a heart-eyes emoji.

Barone later revealed the outing was a “PR relationship” arranged by Netflix to promote her comedy special Galaxy Brain.

She joked that Netflix handled everything, including their courtside Knicks “first date” and Cannes appearance, before quipping that their three-month “contract” had ended.
