Taylor Swift has expanded The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore with special renditions and cameos.
On Friday, September 25th, the 14-time Grammy-winning musician has brought the extended version of her twelfth studio album, which she unexpectedly recorded in Sweden after the official launch of her musical collection in October last year.
Now, before the premiere of her new song's music video at the Video Music Awards 2026, Taylor has celebrated the release of her new song on her official Instagram account.
"The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore is out everywhere! Now!" the globally known pop star confirmed.
To satisfy her fans, Taylor has released a few glimpses of her new music video, featuring herself and a special cameo.

The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore expanded with four new tracks, including Patient Zero, Cleveland, Pink Clouding, and Babylon.
Notably, no physical copies of the album are available yet, but Taylor might put the renditions on CD and vinyl.

For the unversed, The Life of Showgirl previously contained twelve songs, including The Fate of Ophelia, Elizabeth Taylor, and Opalite. Father Figure, Eldest Daughter, Ruin The Friendship, Actually Romantic, Wi$h Li$t, Wood, Cancelled!, Honey, and the cover name of the album, which featured Sabrina Carpenter.
Taylor Swift dropped her iconic twelfth musical collection in October, nearly two months after announcing her dreamy engagement with Travis Kelce, while the extended version came nearly two months after she privately tied the knot with the NFL star in July of this year.

The Life of Showgirl: The Encore's release followed the 15-second teaser from Patient Zero, which also featured Dakota Johnson alongside Colin Farrell.
The song itself is released on Friday, September 25th, 2026, as part of The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore, and the cinematic music video will premiere worldwide on Sunday, September 27th, 2026, at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs)
