The Rhode Beauty founder who is known for her style statements and fashion choices has mastered the art of creating the internet’s favourite “baddie” lip combo and you can also learn how to do it.

To achieve Hailey’s brown and pink lip colour combo, here’s a technique that blends a medium-to-deep brown-nude liner with a lighter lip shade.

Here are 5 simple steps to follow in order to create Hailey Bieber’s popular lip combo

1. Prepare your lips

Make sure that before using any product on your lips, they are properly exfoliated and hydrated to prevent any dead from catching the liner and make the outer line look choppy.

• Exfoliate your lips using a gentle scrub and then apply a lightweight balm.

• Let the balm stay on the lips for a few minutes, then blot away any excess oils so the liner doesn't slip.

2. Pick the right shade per your skin tone

In order to get the perfect shade for the outline, make sure to choose a matte wooden pencil liner 2 to 3 shades darker than your natural lip color.

Suggestion: You can go for the celebrity-approved the iconic Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat in Iconic Nude or Foxy Brown.

3. Trace and contour

• Before applying the lip liner, sharpen your pencil then start by slightly outlining just the very center of your Cupid's bow and the very center of your bottom lip line to add volume.

• While subtly gliding the lip liner towards the outer corners, follow your exact natural lip line to avoid making it look messier or overdone.

• Then softly shade the outer third of your lip corners inward, leaving the entire center blank.

4. Blend the edges

To subtly blend your lip liner, take a small, dense concealer brush or your ring finger and gently tap the inner edge of the liner.

Only blend the lip liner shade inward while keeping the outermost edge sharp.

5. Fill the Center

Now apply the muted pinkish-nude lipstick directly to the bare center of your lips and then press your lips together to merge the lipstick into the blended liner gradient.
