Chris Brown’s daughter’s mother has claimed the singer is “uninterested” in spending time with their child, raising fresh questions about his involvement in his daughter’s life.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown claimed that she cares for their 4-year-old daughter, Lovely, around 90% of the time.
While acknowledging that Chris’s career frequently takes him out of town, she alleged he has not asked to see their daughter in the past six to seven months.
Diamond alleged Chris proposed having their daughter accompany him on tour every other weekend, but she questioned whether that arrangement was appropriate for a 4-year-old.
She acknowledged the Under The Influence singer’s demanding career but said that she did not like the idea of their daughter spending time with a nanny instead.
In the court filing, Diamond claimed she has consistently encouraged a bond between Chris and Lovely, but alleged the singer is “often uninterested.”
Diamond also highlighted Chris’s lavish spending, claiming he had gifted a fan and her family a brand-new car and $10,000 in cash, while also giving luxury handbags to the mothers of his other children, including a Hermès bag to his second child’s mother and Prada bags to his first child’s mother.
She told the court she was struggling financially despite receiving $7,000 a month from Chris, saying the payments failed to cover her expenses.
She requested at least $30,000 in monthly support.
Previously it was reported that Chris’s other baby mamas came to his defense after Diamond made her claims in court, saying the singer took care of all his children.
