Despite enjoying the overwhelming response during her first joint appearance with Prince Harry since returning to the UK, Meghan Markle has set a strict condition.
The Duchess of Sussex surprisingly received a warm welcome in Nottingham last week, alongside Harry - paving a new path for the couple for their future public facing engagements in the UK.
However, sources close to the former Suits actress have claimed that she has already made her intensions clear over the frequency of their upcoming non-Royal engagements as she wants to keep the focus on her kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet and lifestyle brand, As Ever.
A source told RadarOnline, "Meghan intends to make relatively few public appearances while Harry concentrates on philanthropy and charitable causes – and she has given him an ultimatum saying leaving her out of his plans to do them is one of the conditions of her remaining with him in Britain."
They continued, "This distinction reflects the couple's very different professional ambitions, with the Duchess prioritizing motherhood, her lifestyle company As Ever, and a potential return to acting instead of becoming a 'faux royal.'"
"Her and Harry's joint charitable appearances will be very limited and are likely to center around a handful annually, rather than becoming a regular feature of their working lives back in the UK," added the insider.
Besides her lifestyle brand, various reports have confirmed that Meghan is also eyeing to make a huge acting comeback and currently reading scripts.
