Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was spotted driving his Range Rover on the Sandringham estate.
The former Duke of York was seen dressed in a maroon cable-knit sweater with a security guard accompanying him in the passenger seat during the drive.
Since early February, Andrew has been residing at Wood Farm while construction work continues at Marsh Farm, where he is set to reside permanently after he was instructed to move out of Royal Lodge.
Moreover, in the past few days, palace staff have been clearing out Royal Lodge of all remaining possessions, including contents from the staff quarters where servants reside.
A source told the Mirror, "Andrew was told everything has to be out and absolutely nothing was to be left behind."
"Everything has to be out by the weekend, and we've been told no trace of the former occupants or staff should remain," they added, while sharing that Andrew has not been back personally, trusting his servants for the task.
King Charles has removed his brother's constant security protection and ended his personal financial allowance.
Andrew will no longer benefit from a personal valet or receive taxpayer funding, privileges he enjoyed throughout the years.
After the removal of his titles and honours by King Charles last October, he was transported from Windsor on February 2 to the Sandringham estate.
Moreover, on February 19, the former prince's 66th birthday, he was taken into custody on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
He remained in police detention for eleven hours before he was released under investigation.
