Pakistan has reaffirmed commitment to continue its efforts to resolve the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran, but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs acknowledges “obstacles” in its efforts.

Andrabi stated, “Despite challenges and obstacles, Pakistan will continue its efforts to promote facilitation and dialogue.”
Islamabad has been preparing to make new conditions for “meaningful negotiations among relevant stakeholders,” he added.
Furthermore, he said that Iran and the US both had confidence in Pakistan’s role as a neutral intermediary.
