Justin Baldoni has strongly reacted to his rival, Blake Lively's latest legal blow.

For those unaware, on Thursday, April 2, a federal judge of the Southern District of New York, Lewis J. Liman, shockingly dismissed the It Ends With Us star's 10 of her 13 claims , which she initially filed in December 2024.

Shortly after the recent verdict made headlines, Justin's lawyers, Alexandra Shapiro and Jonathan Bach of Shapiro Arato Bach, celebrated Blake's legal shake-up with a bold response on behalf of their client.

"We're very pleased the Court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants: Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel," the legal team broke their silence.

They went on expressing gratitude while putting their utmost confidence in the court’s decision on its very "careful" review of facts and dismissing the Gossip Girl alum’s "serious" sexual harassment allegations.

Ahead of the much-awaited court trial in May of this year, the charges tossed by the court included those related to harassment, defamation and conspiracy.

However, Blake’s accusation of breach of contract and FEHA retaliation against Justin Baldoni's company, Wayfarer Studios, will still move forward to trial next month.

The long-running legal conflict between Justin and Blake initially emerged in December 2024 when she accused the Jane the Virgin actor of sexually harassing her.

Afterwards, the director-turned-actor denied the allegations, filed counterclaims against his It Ends With Us co-star and submitted defamatory charges against her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's representatives are now planning to testify during the bombshell trial, which is set to begin on May 18 in New York City.
