Olivia Rodrigo has caused a frenzy on the internet by dropping the album title and release date of her highly anticipated third album.
Following the mural wall message, which now has been revealed to be the album title, and the website closing, the traitor hitmaker has dropped the much-awaited details about her new music era.
On Thursday, March 2, Olivia shared that her third album, titled you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love is set to be released on June 12.
Posting the album cover on her social media platforms, which featured Olivia, dressed in a pink mini-dress, swinging happily on a swing, the crooner wrote, "my third album 'you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love' is out June 12th."
"I am so proud of this record and I can't wait for you to hear it," she added.
Fans celebrated the album announcement, as one user penned, "THE DAY WE HAVE BEEN WAIITNG FOR."
Another fan wrote, "she's about to end everyone's emotional stability again"
A third user on X noted, "this is so cute girly and whimsy omg her best cover"
While the titles of the songs have not been revealed, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love will consist of 13 tracks.
Olivia's third album is set to be released more than two years after her second album Guts, which was dropped in September 2023.
