Megan Thee Stallion recently made an unexpected move just a few days after suffering from health issues.
The 31-year-old singer resumed her work as she took the stage on Thursday evening, April 2, to perform in the musical Moulin Rouge.
Stallion, who was seen donning a pink velour tracksuit with furry green boots, was spotted heading into Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
The Mamushi singer’s presence comes two days after she missed her Wednesday's performance and exited mid-show on Tuesday night after feeling unwell.
The Houston based native then later revealed on her Instagram Story, “Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough.”
She went on to say, “It honestly scared me. I thought I was gonna faint on stage, I really tried to push through my performance but I just couldn’t.”
The Grammy-winning artist told her nearly 33 million followers, “I just need one day to rest, reset, and take care of myself the way I should have been.”
In the end of her Instagram Story, the Savage hitmaker shared, “I’ll be right back on that stage Thursday, stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve. Thank you for always riding with me and loving me through everything.”
It is to be noted here that Megan Thee Stallion kicked off her Broadway debut as Harold Zidler on March 24, which she is expected to perform through May 17.
