Jana has broken her silence nearly ten days after her elder sibling, Joseph Duggar, was arrested in Arkansas on March 18th, over the serious allegations of sexually abusing a 9-year-old in 2020 during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Fla.

He was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behaviour, including one for molestation of a victim less than 12 years old and one for conduct committed by a person 18 years or older.

In his last court proceedings, Joseph pleaded not guilty to all charges, waived arraignment, and demanded a jury in a written document.

Joseph Duggar's new court hearing will take place on May 18th, 2026.
