Meghan Markle shared rare new photos of Prince Archie of Sussex on his seventh birthday, including a sweet sibling moment with Princess Lilibet of Sussex.
The Duchess of Sussex celebrated Prince Archie of Sussex birthday on May 6 by sharing a rare family update on Instagram.
Archie was born in 2019, followed by sister Princess Lilibet of Sussex in 2021.
"7 years later…happy birthday to our sweet boy," captioned the post, which featured two photos capturing moments from Archie’s life.
One unseen picture features Prince Harry relaxing on the couch with newborn Archie sleeping on him.
The second photo features Prince Archie of Sussex and Princess Lilibet of Sussex enjoying a beach walk near Montecito, showing off the red hair they inherited from their father.
After stepping back as senior royals in 2020, Meghan and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex settled in Montecito, where they have focused on giving their children a sense of normalcy.
While the Sussexes keep their children largely out of the spotlight, Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has shared occasional glimpses of Archie and Lilibet on Instagram since returning in 2025, both children noted for their red hair inherited from Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex’s side of the family.
