Victoria Zardoya’s tragic death has left her close ones mourning.
On Monday, July 27, Just Jared reported that the childhood friend of The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Milania Giudice passed away at the age of 20 in a tragic freak accident.
According to the reports, Victoria died on Friday, July 24, after suffering fatal injuries in a fall while exploring the historic ruins at Fort Dade on Egmont Key, Florida, during a weekend trip with friends.
Shortly after her passing, Milania Giudice and her family paid emotional tributes, expressing grief over her death.
Taking to her official Instagram Stories, the RHONJ alum posted several childhood photos with her late best friend, along with some heartbreaking quotes, including “Lowkey hate nostalgia because what do you mean I can never go back.”
Her sister Gia Giudice wrote on her Instagram Story, “Heaven gained a beautiful angel today. We love you Victoria.”
Milania’s father Joe Giudice also took to his social media handle to express sadness, writing, “There are no words for this kind of pain. Victoria, you were like a daughter to me. I watched you grow up with my daughter Milania. We were neighbors for years, and you became part of our family. I can’t believe you’re gone.”
“To think that a simple fall while just being young and having fun could take such a beautiful life is heartbreaking. You were only 20 years old, with your whole future ahead of you. Life is so fragile. In one moment, everything can change. Please don’t take a single day or the people you love for granted,” he added.
Joe went on to express that Victoria will be missed more than she will ever know, will always have a place in their hearts, and that he will never forget you.
“My heart is with your family. Rest in peace, beautiful girl. Until we meet again,” he concluded.
