Justin Baldoni has sent his first message after facing a huge blow in the Blake Lively legal row.
After defeating the Gossip Girl alum in the harassment case, the 42-year-old American actor-director was unable to win against The New York Times, as he faced his first legal setback in his infamous harassment lawsuit.

Now, taking to his Instagram account, Baldoni continued to celebrate his 13th wedding anniversary with his wife, Emily Baldoni, on Monday, July 27th.
"13 years later… we’re still dancing. Happy anniversary, my love. I’m pretty sure this was the exact moment my pants ripped open, #FinallyTeenagers," the actor captioned his post.
He also dropped a throwback photo from their intimate wedding, seemingly appearing completely unbothered by the fresh legal blow.

It is pertinent to note that the legal saga between Baldoni and the publication came in the aftermath of his high-profile case with Lively, who initiated the case with scathing harassment allegations against her former co-star.
Notably, the Another Simple Favor actress alleged that the Jane the Virgin actor physically assaulted her and ran a campaign against her to tarnish her reputation while filming their 2024 film, It Ends With Us.
After nearly two years of battle, Baldoni managed to prove Lively's allegations wrong as the court dismissed most of her accusations earlier this year.

Now, TMZ claimed that in fresh court proceedings, the judge ruled that the American actor must pay a whopping $171,616 in The New York Times fees after his failed lawsuit.
The publication and Baldoni came face to face during his legal fight with the actress, after the media outlet published a report siding with Blake Lively's allegations.
After the article garnered fans' attention online, the Clouds actor sued the publication for tarnishing his reputation.
He sued The New York Times for $250 million after his talent agency dropped him following the article's bombshell.
However, in a counter-lawsuit, the outlet filed another lawsuit as they sought "compensatory and punitive damages against plaintiffs who, like Wayfarer, commence or continue meritless legal claims for 'harassing, intimidating, punishing or otherwise maliciously inhibiting the free exercise of speech."
After two years of legal war, The New York Times won the triumph, and Justin Baldoni has not publicly responded to the latest development in his lawsuit.
