D4vd is likely to stand trial over the alleged murder of a 14-year-old girl after a judge ruled there is sufficient evidence for the case to proceed.
Following five days of testimony, Los Angeles prosecutors presented evidence from a dozen witnesses, along with graphic photographs, while the 14-year-old's family attended the proceedings.
David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, is accused of killing the teenager, whose remains were found in September inside a Tesla linked to his address.

The singer has pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of murdering and sexually assaulting the 14-year-old.
Court records show Burke is scheduled to be charged on 31 August, with the trial expected to start within the next 90 days.
According to prosecutors, Burke stabbed the 14-year-old to death before allegedly dismembering her body after years of sexual abuse.
The prosecution claimed Burke acted after the 14-year-old threatened to disclose his alleged relationship with a minor, which they say could have derailed his multi-million-dollar career.
Evidence presented in court on Monday included messages showing Hernandez allegedly threatened Burke on 22 April 2025 following a dispute over his friendship with another girl.
"I swear to GOD I will kill u", one expletive-laden text said, followed by a threat to strangle him and tell her dad lies about him. "i will end ur career and ur life I will damage anything," the text went on.
According to court testimony, Hernandez went to Burke's Hollywood residence the next day in an Uber Burke had sent to collect her.

The court heard from LAPD Detective Corey Farrell on Monday that text messages appeared to show Burke and the girl had attended church alongside her family.
Responding to questions from the defence, Detective Corey testified that the teen had misrepresented her age to Burke, claiming to be 16 at times and 18 at others.
Burke's defence argued there was insufficient evidence linking him to the crime and claimed the teen's parents knew about their relationship, even providing written consent for her to travel to London with him for a week.
