Slipknot turntablist Sid Wilson has reportedly been kicked out of the band after nearly three decades.
According to TMZ, the band's DJ and keyboardist was informed late Friday that he was being permanently removed from Slipknot.
No additional details have been released.
Sid Wilson was one of Slipknot's nine founding members and had been with the band since 1999.
His reported departure follows the exits of original members Chris Fehn and Craig Jones, while bassist Paul Gray died in 2010 and drummer Joey Jordison passed away in 2021.
Slipknot's remaining original members are Shawn "Clown" Crahan, Mick Thomson, Corey Taylor and Jim Root.
They are joined by Alessandro Venturella, Michael Pfaff and Eloy Casagrande, who entered the lineup in 2015, 2022 and 2024, respectively.
Sid Wilson and Kelly Osbourne split
Wilson's reported departure comes just months after his split from Kelly Osbourne.
They ended their engagement in March 2026 after a seven-month engagement, a multi-year romance, and over 20 years of friendship.
The pair originally met in 1999 at Ozzfest when Slipknot toured with Kelly's parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
After more than two decades as friends, they began dating in early 2022.
Wilson and Kelly welcomed a son named Sidney in late 2022.
He proposed to Kelly on July 5, 2025, backstage at Ozzy Osbourne's final concert in Birmingham.
According to PEOPLE, sources said Kelly has been navigating a difficult period following the death of her father, Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025 while also coping with intense public attention.
"She's been in a challenging headspace for several reasons. It's been very emotional for her. She's had a lot going on," a source said
They added, "Ozzy's death still affects her deeply. She's very focused on being there for her mom right now. They're incredibly close and that's been her priority."
The source mentioned, "It's been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance everything, especially with different priorities about where to spend time. This has put a strain on their relationship."
Despite ending the romantic relationship, the two remain committed to raising their son cooperatively
