Nicole Kidman has escaped to Iceland shortly after Michael Reinstein's FTC case emerged.
Amidst the escalating rumours about their relationship, new details of his infamous lawsuit settlement emerged, which have seemingly taken the Lioness actress miles away from her rumoured beau.
On Tuesday, August 18th, Nicole turned to her Instagram account to share the exclusive images from her Iceland getaway, as she booked a cruise for her close pals and family members.
However, her new businessman boyfriend was not included in the new photos, nor did she mention him.
"Beautiful country, trip of a lifetime. @ritzcarltonyachtcollection, thank you for being so kind to my family and guests. We love you, Iceland!!" the Australian-American actress captioned.
She also released a photo of herself showing the ethereal background as her private cruise ship stretches its legs in the middle of the sea.
Fans also hailed Nicole for flaunting her natural blonde, which makes her effortlessly chic during her new trip.
Michael Reinstein's FTC case
This update was followed by a report, published a week ago, detailing Michael Reinstein's business ties, which once led him into legal trouble.
His company, Regent, an investment group based in Beverly Hills, was approved by France's Autorité de la concurrence for the acquisition of exclusive control over French children's clothing company Petit Bateau.
In October last year, the competition authority said Reinstein controls Regent and identified DIM, Playtex and Wonderbra among other brands controlled by the group.
However, his businesses also have a legal background after he was named in a federal consumer-protection case involving a group of companies collectively described by regulators as Promenade.
According to the FTC's complaint, third-party telemarketers had marketed memberships costing between $96 and $249.
The FTC specifically identified Reinstein and Brian Kelly as the two individual principals bound by the stipulated order alongside the nine corporate defendants.

Notably, as these details resurfaced on social media, Nicole Kidman – who was initially spotted with Michael Reinstein in Italy and then reunited days later in Los Angeles- might distance herself from the businessman due to his business case.
