The mug shot of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15-year-old son, Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., has been released after his arrest on aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery charges in Georgia.
According to the Alpharetta Police Department image obtained by Page Six, the 15-year-old, known as KJ, appeared expressionless in the booking photo, wearing a black T-shirt.
KJ was arrested Wednesday in Alpharetta, Georgia, on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

Court papers stated that a female classmate accused KJ of assault on April 23, claiming he allegedly forced himself on her after she refused his advances in a co-ed sauna.
The filings revealed that he allegedly tried “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
He is also accused of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.
The alleged victim “managed to get away from him,” after which KJ allegedly pulled up his pants and left, according to the filing.
The female classmate allegedly kept the incident private before returning to school the next day, where she said she “ran into KJ’s girlfriend.”
According to police records, she went to North Fulton Hospital for an examination on April 24, where no male DNA was detected in her mouth or vagina.
KJ remains in juvenile custody without bond following his Monday arrest and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 1.
His attorney, Jason Sheffield, told that his client is “100% innocent,” claiming he tried to provide police with evidence including a passed polygraph test and alleged proof of prior false accusations by the alleged victim.
“Additionally, the officer’s report notes [that investigators] found no male DNA on or inside the areas the alleged victim claimed she was assaulted. The fact that he’s been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy,” Sheffield said in part.
“He is not only presumed innocent, but is, in fact, innocent. I’m asking the public not to presume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy,” his statement concluded.
Kim Zolciak has also spoken out over her son KJ’s arrest, with her representative saying the allegations are “reckless and deeply troubling” and that the teen categorically denies the claims.
