Louis Patridge and Anson Boon have joined forces for an exciting venture.
On Friday, September 4, Deadline reported that the Enola Holmes actor and the MobLand star have been locked in for Nathan Newman and Arnold T. Rice’s feature directorial debut, Andy & Orson.
In the forthcoming coming-of-age movie, Patridge and Boon will play the titular characters Andy and Orson respectively.
As per the outlet, they will be “two mismatched housemates whose friendship is tested over the course of a year as they navigate first heartbreaks, shifting ambitions and the messy realities of life in their twenties.”
It was also shared that the film is a “contemporary story of friendship, love and growing up in the 2020s,” and is set between South-East London and the British countryside.
In a statement shared by the directors, “Andy & Orson is about the highs and lows of being 20-somethings in the 2020s, written very deliberately throughout our own twenties in order to capture the shifts in ourselves and the decade. Like all great odd couples, we hope audiences see parts of themselves in both Andy and Orson when they hangout with them in theatres very soon.”
Moreover, the movie is produced by My Accomplice’s Jamie Clark and Aleksandra Bilić, Varga Pictures’ Dorottya Székely, and True Moon Pictures’ Carley Armstrong.
While Newman and T. Rice are executive producing the film through Tidewayout.

Casting for Andy & Orson is currently underway.
