Kelly Osbourne has acknowledged concerns regarding her drastic weight loss, admitting she had “no idea” how thin she had become while grieving her father’s death, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
Previously, the 41-year-old pushed back against comments regarding her appearance in an Instagram video in December 2025.
However, Kelly addressed that she “wasn’t very well” at the time and believes she should not have attended the Grammys in January, where her father was honored.

Osbourne opened up that she ignored concerns from her family and friends because she was overwhelmed by grief after Ozzy’s death.
On Sunday, she told The Mail, “All I saw was a broken person.”
While reacting to the picture which was clicked during a dress fitting for the Grammys. Kelly stated she was shocked by her appearance and realised she had become extremely thin.
She wore a wig that covered some part of her face at the ceremony, stating she did not require people to see her extremely thin figure, adding “I looked like the f****** Crypt Keeper.”
While referring to the skeletal ghoul from TV series Tales from the Crypt, “I stated, 'This is scary – I didn't know I looked like this.’ My spine – you could see every single bone.”
Kelly Osbourne discusses grief and weight
Kelly stated she had experienced “anticipatory grief” for nearly a decade as her father’s health continued to deteriorate. She now plans to explore mental health and grief via a documentary series, stating there is much people are unable to comprehend about the experience.
Previously, the star has opened up regarding weight loss and confirmed the usage of Ozempic.
Moreover, Kelly defended the drugs against critics, stating there are several ways to lose weight.
