Prince Harry is said to have kicked off work on secret Princess Diana movie with a prominent role for Meghan Markle in his mind.
The Duke of Sussex - who has returned to the UK last month with Meghan and kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet for an "extended" period, is reportedly considering to include his wife in the project linked with Diana's life and legacy.
An inside source told Rob Shuter that the 41-year-old royal wants Meghan to appear as the narrator of his late mom's story, who died in 1997 in Paris.
"Meghan isn’t getting a cameo — she’s becoming the voice of Diana’s story," a well-placed source from production of the movie confirmed.
They went on to share, "That makes her a central figure in the film. Harry may be the son, but Meghan will be the voice viewers hear."
"Harry and Meghan are shaping this together," added the insider.
"They believe there are powerful parallels between Diana’s battles with the palace and press and their own experience," claimed the source.
Before concluding the insider added, "Meghan’s narration makes that perspective impossible to separate from the film."
