Nazanin Mandi is engaged to boyfriend Michael Gilroy after he popped the question in a romantic “fairytale” proposal, with the actress and model sharing the happy news with fans.
The model took to Instagram Monday, September 21, to share snaps from Gilroy’s romantic proposal, set against a candlelit room adorned with red roses.
Photos showed him down on one knee before the pair celebrated with a kiss and her new engagement ring.
Mandi stunned in a plunging black dress paired with layered necklaces and a sleek bun, while Gilroy complemented her in a white suit and black tie.
“… and on the best day of my life, I said yes,” Mandi captioned the carousel of photos, before adding, “My Michael, The respect, peace, and love we share are otherworldly. They are the foundation of everything we are building together.”
She continued, “You are truly one of one. The man who changed my life in the deepest, most sincere way.”
“I would happily experience every tear, every moment of loneliness, and every season of solitude all over again, knowing you would be waiting for me at the end of it all,” the Dreamcatcher star wrote.
Mandi added, “I am HONORED to be your wife. Thank you for our shared values, for the safety we find in one another, and for your unconditional love and support. I love you, best friend.”
She noted, “The proposal was a complete fairytale, but our truest joy lies in the calm we bring out in one another daily. Our tranquil home, snacks and laughter in bed until 2 a.m., school drop-offs, and the greatest gifts of all ~ Queen Soraya and the expansion of our family & legacy, I can’t wait.”
The proposal comes after Mandi quietly revealed their romance on Instagram July 1, sharing glimpses of them at a basketball game, embracing on a sofa and dining together while keeping Gilroy’s identity private.

To note, Mandi was previously married to R&B singer Miguel, whom she dated for 10 years before their 2016 engagement.
They married at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California, in November 2018, before she filed for divorce in October 2022, citing irreconcilable differences.
