Alia Bhatt has been announced as presenter at the 2026 Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony!
On Thursday, October 1st, the global environmental event’s organisers turned to the official Instagram page to confirm the Alpha actress’s presence in the upcoming gala, hosted by the future King of Britain, Prince William.

"Just announced: Actress, producer, and entrepreneur Alia Bhatt (@aliaabhatt) will be joining us to present an award at the Earthshot Prize Awards Night on 17 November 2026," they announced.
They added in the statement, which is also accompanied by the video clip, stating, "Follow @Earthshotprize for the latest news and updates on #EarthshotMumbai."

In the footage, Alia went on to say, "I’m super excited to announce that I will be presenting an award at The Earthshot Prize Awards in Mumbai this November."
She continued, "I think there’s something really powerful and inspiring about being in a room with people who are genuinely working towards a better future. India is a country of problem solvers. We innovate, we adapt, we make things work at scale, and we have more Earthshot Finalists and Winners."
"Than any other country. So to have the world come to my home, my city, and see the energy and the optimism up close and personal feels very, very special. So I love that The Earthshot Prize isn’t just talking about the problems. It’s celebrating people who are actually doing something to fix those problems," the mom of one explained.
As the announcement made it to the Gram, fans have been speculating which fashion brand Alia Bhatt will choose for the upcoming grand event.

Also, since The Earthshot Prize centres strictly on environmental preservation and sustainability, there is speculation that she might follow the event’s eco-conscious dress code by outfit or choosing a prominent sustainable Indian label.
She previously gained praise for re-wearing her wedding saree by Sabyasachi to the National Film Awards.
However, there are also chances that she might wear Gucci, for which she is also a global brand ambassador, so it remains a strong possibility for major international red carpets.
