Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a chilling ultimatum to 18 U.S technology companies declaring their regional facilities “legitimate targets” for military strikes.
The warning issued on Tuesday specifically names industry titans including Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, and Google, alongside firms like Tesla, Intel and Boeing.
The IRGC claims these civilian companies are complicit in recent US and Israeli military operations.
In a formal statement, the group alleged that “the main element in designing and tracking assassination targets are American ICT and AI companies.”
Consequently, they warned that “these companies should expect the destruction of their respective units in exchange for each terror act in Iran.”
The threat included a specific deadline: Wednesday, April 1, at 8:00 p.m. Tehran time.
Citing an “unprecedented” involvement of the tech sector in warfare, the IRGC further cautioned: “We advise the employees of these institutions to immediately leave their workplace to preserve their lives.”
They also urged local residents within a one-kilometer radius of these offices to evacuate.
The move has sent shockwaves through global markets causing tech stocks to dip as security concerns rise for corporate hubs in cities like Dubai and Tel Aviv.
