Prince William and Kate Middleton have brought their three children, Prince George, Charlotte Elizabeth Diana and Prince Louis, for a rare family trip to Scotland.

On Saturday, August 1st, the Prince and Princess of Wales attended the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

This family appearance marked their first in Scotland for their three kids, George, 13, Charlotte, 11, and Louis, 8.

The joint outing was also confirmed by the Daily Mail's editor, Rebecca English, on her Instagram Stories, as she also revealed that the Waleses are currently watching a netball semi-final match between Team Australia and Team Jamaica.

The future Queen attended the event as part of her patron services regarding SportsAid in Scotland, which she has been fulfilling since 2013.

Catherine and William are seen enjoying the match alongside their kids, spotted sitting together in the VIP box.

The royal couple made an appearance at the 2026 Commonwealth Games nearly five years ago as they took the trip in 2022 with their daughter Charlotte.

This royal update came after King Charles III and Queen Camilla made a memorable entrance by stepping out of a life-sized Doctor Who TARDIS during the opening ceremony of the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

On Thursday, July 23, His Majesty also delivered a message he had placed inside the King's Baton at Buckingham Palace in March 2025 to officially declare the 23rd Games open.

Before the Wales, Princess Anne and Prince Edward had a rare sibling outing together at the Commonwealth Games.
